As traffic reaches high levels every day, there is always the threat of  potential accidents or other safety hazards. Video monitoring has become vital to ensure quick detection of any traffic incident (its location and the needed response).

UTI’s approach allows the authorities to remotely view traffic flow on the highways, helping them make quicker and more effective traffic management decisions. The aim is to maintain the security in everyday traffic by precisely detecting and recording traffic violations.

UTI can supply, install and support the complete end-to-end CCTV system. Live pictures can be displayed from remote sites on operator demand, by remote alarm or by scheduled timetable request. Alternatively, video footage can be digitally recorded in real-time for viewing at a later date.

The recorded data can be used to analyze traffic patterns or to support law enforcement activities.
