UTI gets involved in the redevelopment project of Mamaia promenade

UTI gets involved in the construction works for the redevelopment of the tourist promenade in Mamaia, Constanta County, in partnership with two local construction companies. The total value of the project worth approximately 10 million Euros, financed by European Founds and it will be completed in 11 months.

The redevelopment project targets the area between Mamaia Holiday Village and Bicaz Hotel and consists in the rehabilitation, restoration and extension of the walkways, street furniture, public lighting, water supply network, bicycle tracks, green spaces and parking lots.

Within the contract, UTI will execute the architectural street lighting project designed to reduce energy consumption.

The redevelopment project of Mamaia aims to enhance the esthetical values of the greatest Romanian seaside resort in order to increase the tourist potential of the area.

UTI Group has an extensive experience in urban infrastructure rehabilitation, having accomplished similar projects in Botaşani, Vaslui, Craiova and Alexandria.
