UTI installed the surveillance system for the traffic of maritime ships that cross the Sulina Channel

UTI Servicii si Mentenanta designed and implemented the surveillance system for the traffic of ships that cross the fairway of the entrance/leaving area of the maritime ships on the Sulina Channel of the Black Sea (Sulina Dam).

The Beneficiary of the project is Galati Lower Danube River Administration, A.A. The UTI affiliated company won the project by submitting an offer after the Autonomous Company published a publicity announcement in SEAP.

The system sends images of the monitored area by day and by night, simultaneously and in real time to the Waterway Section in Sulina and to the headquarters of the Galati Lower Danube River Administration, A.A. The recorded images are very accurate and are stored for minimum 30 days.

For the data transmission solution our specialists tested and implemented a state-of-the-art system that meets the Beneficiary’s security needs and allows data transmission between two locations that are 50 km away from each other, Sulina and Galati, first of them being accessible only on water.
