UTI launches DoxLite, the new generation of the Confluence document management product that can reduce the operational costs of private companies and public institutions by 85% and up to 100% the multiplying costs (paper, toner, printer service). The market of the document management solutions is very large, but the UTI product has particular characteristics that distinguish it, bringing our clients concrete and measurable results:

1. Complex mechanism of security. DoxLite ensures the detection of any information alteration, the unauthorized access being restricted directly from the interface. If the integrity of the data base is affected, the system notifies the user about the attempt.

2. Secured mobility and cloud availability. The management can make decisions on the approval workflows from their mobile devices. Their decisions are authorized through an electronic signature, using a digital certificate stored on a token or on the device. The application can be installed on the client infrastructure or it can be accessed as a service, in cloud.

3. High availability and autonomy in relation to the supplier. The application administration can be done from the interface and any administrator has at his disposal multiple working tools. This person doesn’t need to have a technical expertise while using DoxLite.
