Green Court Bucharest
Green Court Bucharest is one of the most modern buildings in Bucharest, having a 19,500 sqm surface. The 12 storied building is a class A office project and also the first LEED Gold certified building in Romania. The building is designed in line with the latest office trends.
Works and services provided
UTI participated in the development project as a subcontractor for the electrical installations. The works provided consisted in the design, commissioning, execution and installation of the following components:
- Low voltage installation: electrical distribution, lighting system, cabling, terminal equipment, earthing system, cable tray system
- Low currents installation: fire detection, gas detection, access control, CCTV, panic alarms, data voice
