The Emergency Situations Management Centers developed by UTI in Targu Mures, the first in Romania, is part of the national integrated system for crisis management and provides emergency management services to the entire Mures county. UTI proposed a centralized approach for an integrated Crisis Management Center & Secure Intelligence with full support for Disaster Recovery and mobile operations. Our solution provides the best methodology and solution for crisis and emergency situations, integrating a Command Control Communications and Intelligence Center (C4I) to coordinate the interventions of the Police, Ambulance, Fire Fighters and Civil Protection.

It was the first emergency management center in Romania to integrate experts of the above-mentioned emergency services that analyze, make decisions and follow the cases the emergency operators take over. Each emergency service deployed in the field is GPS monitored. An array of video cameras that UTI installed are deployed in Targu Mures and supervised in the emergency management center.

The Emergency Situations Management Center is a modular concept developed by UTI and it works in an integrated manner, creating the interoperability and cooperation premises for the teams of the emergency services that serve a community:
