Collaboration between UTI and the Faculty of Automatics and Computing of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest

The collaboration is part of UTI Student Program, launched last year within the UTI Corporate Social Responsibility Program. UTI Student Program addresses the students that wish to put into practice the theoretical knowledge already acquired. For this purpose, the students will benefit of a professional work environment and of the professional advice offered by UTI specialists.

The object of the Collaboration Protocol resides in initiating, sustaining and implementing research and development programs, in compliance with the requirements of the specific activities of the Faculty of Automatics and Computing.

The main envisages projects are:

• bachelor, master and doctor’s degree papers launched upon UTI initiative and under the guidance of the faculty
• the possibility granted to some students of the Faculty of Automatics and Computing to be part of vocational trainings within UTI, taking advantage of the technical facilities provided by UTI
• individual grants for students
• collaboration within R&D projects
• preparation and constitution of consortia in order to participate in national and European R&D programs.
