UTI adds a new airport security project to its portfolio

UTI will extend its portfolio in the field of airport-related projects by providing a bottled liquid detection scanning system as well as LEDS security equipment for the Transilvania International Airport in Targu Mures.

The project was awarded by public tender and will be finalized within the next 7 months.

The implementation of this solution, compliant with the requests of ECAC and the regulations of the European Union, will increase the security within the airport, as well as the comfort of the passengers.

UTI has implemented complex security and infrastructures projects for airports in Romania and abroad.

On its 33rd anniversary of continuous activity, UTI changes its name and becomes TIU Group of companies.
