UTI contributes to the construction of ParkLake Mall

The newest commercial mall in Bucharest, Park Lake Mall has opened its doors on September 1, 2016.

UTI has installed the low voltage electrical system on the underground floor of the three-storey building, the lighting network of Carrefour hypermarket, as well as the cabling and equipment installation for the building management system.

The exterior lighting network uses special LED lamps (modular, linear, multi-spot) to reduce energy consumption. UTI specialists have provided an important part of the electric panels in the building.

The works lasted 11 months and involved over 50 specialists.

The project was developed by Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development and the investment amounts to over 180 million euros.

On its 33rd anniversary of continuous activity, UTI changes its name and becomes TIU Group of companies.
