UTI Instal Construct delivers infrastructure works for the Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee and the University of Agronomic Sciences

UTI Instal Construct is currently executing installations works for theOlympic House, the new headquarters of the Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee. The building has 2 basements, ground floor and 3 floors that will become office spaces. The Olympic House will be the headquarters of the Romanian Rugby Federation and will host the Sports Museum, as well. The contract was awarded by public tender, to the association Rotary Constructii UTI Instal Construct.

Another major project under development is the implementation of installations for the veterinary hospital within the University of Agronomic Sciences in Bucharest. The bid was awarded by public tender as well to the UTI Instal Construct – Euroconstruct International consortium.

On its 33rd anniversary of continuous activity, UTI changes its name and becomes TIU Group of companies.

On October 5, 2023, the TIU Group celebrates 33 years of continuous activity in the Romanian and South-Eastern European markets, estimating a record consolidated turnover.
