The collaboration with Carrefour has started in 2002. The UTI team provides specialized facility management services for 64 supermarkets of the Carrefour network, located at national level. The total managed surface is 350,000 sqm.

Services

General technical maintenance for:

  • Electrical and heating installations
  • Fire extinction systems with FM2000 or Inergen gas, sprinklers, gas, and water pools
  • Security systems and special ventilation systems (smoke evacuation outlets)
