Vehicle Management

This solution allows the graphic real-time visualization of the transportation vehicles on the maps. The dispatch officers receive information regarding the vehicle’s position compared to the schedule, the status of the monitored parameters, and the most recent messages received from or transmitted to the vehicle.

Thus, if a crisis situation occurs (accidents, vehicle defects, etc), the traffic coordinators can make accurate decisions regarding the alternative routes.

Also, the system allows for the analysis of delays compared to the schedule and the correct information of the passengers  via the information displays in stations.

This solution is interfaced with the traffic light system. This allows the prioritization of the transportation vehicles in traffic, thus reducing travel time, pollution, and vehicle worn-out time.

All the intersections are connected via a fiber optic network among themselves and to the Control Center, where the public transportation is monitored, controlled, and managed in an integrated manner.
