U-nite – High on music – a spectacular first edition

U Televiziune Interactiva, the music television belonging to the New Trend Media company, part of the UTI group of companies, launched on September 28, 2005, a new party concept: U-nite – High on music.

The launch took place in the Bamboo Club in Bucharest and it brought in front of a numerous audience important names of the entertainment business: MC John Garcia, DJ Freddy D, the singer Brad Johnson, and the show’s choreographer, Tonkins Anderson. Important persons in the Romanian show business, artists, and politicians were part of the public that came to enjoy themselves at a unique premiere in Romania.

Among the V.I.P.s who walked on the red carpet there were: Corina, Puya, Lil’lee, Morandi, Delia Matache, Cristina Rus, Miky, Anda Adam, Luminita Anghel, Impact, Class, Sistem, Vank, Akcent, Gabriel Cotabita, Gabi Balint, Emil Mitrache, Cosmin Gusa, Mihaela Mihai, as well as many other rank and fashion personalities.

The stars of the U television signed autographs and had their pictures taken together with their fans.

The light-show, the pyrotechnic effects, and the video projections represented one of the many special moments at the party, succeeding in impressing all the guests with their colour and dynamism.

The event organised by the U television team beneficiated of support from the following media partners: Ziarul, B-24-FUN, Connaisseur, Ciao!, Kiss Fm, Nights.ro, Clubbingmag, LQ magazine. In addition, on the partners’ list one must mention Coca-Cola Soundwave, Ziggo, Miko Beauty Center, and Samsung.

The brand is a party concept that will take place once every three months and which will bring new elements on the Romanian market. The town as well as the locations of the future events will be voted by the public on the U Televiziune Interactiva station and on the television’s official site, www.utv.ro.
