UTI Retail Solutions secures the first Real hypermarket
UTI Retail Solutions, the UTI company specialized in complex security solutions for commercial sites, has developed for the first Real hypermarket in Romania a technical solution meant to ensure protection while undertaking commercial activities.
Real is the third division of the Metro group entering the local market, and the first supermarket was opened in Timisoara, on the 16th of March 2006. This is the first in a row of seven stores for which Real chose UTI Retail Solutions as a partner for ensuring protection.
The integrated solution offered by UTI fits into the highest standard in quality and performance, being made up of closed circuit television system, anti-theft system designed in the acoustic-magnetic technology, access control system, electronic products thread-protection system, pneumatic post, cash registers.
The security level ensures the comfort of the client, who can feel at safe from pickpockets, each single corner of the store being surveyed by state of the art cameras, manufactured by Tyco Fire and Security, with which UTI has a partnership of over 10 years. The thieves must avoid not only the video system and the store security agents, but also the sensormatic anti-theft systems, which work with outstanding sensors inserted in the products packages, the activity of the thieves becoming, thus, very hazardous.
Moreover, UTI Retail Solutions delivers a pneumatic post complex system and cash and valuable objects depositing systems. The effectiveness of the pneumatic post system is already a known fact, as it reduces the cash administration time and enhances its safety during transportation.
For the cash registers and the values transfer system, UTI has developed a partnership with the Austrian manufacturer Wertheim, with a tradition of more than 100 years.
The access control systems limit the people’s traffic in various zones of the commercial locations, allowing transactions memorization, timekeeping and the transfer of data referring to the work program of each employee.
