UTI founded a dedicated defense and public order solutions company

UTI Group has established UTI Electronic Defense Systems (UTI EDS), the first high technology company in Romania, exclusively dedicated to the institutions activating in the field of national defence. Thus, UTI Grup demonstrates that it can successfully line up to a company example already settled in most NATO countries, offering an answer to the new realities regarding the decreasing budgets for the armed forces.

Moreover, UTI makes proof that it is a company capable of responding to the needs of Romanian soldiers, in a competent and professional manner.

On its 33rd anniversary of continuous activity, UTI changes its name and becomes TIU Group of companies.

On October 5, 2023, the TIU Group celebrates 33 years of continuous activity in the Romanian and South-Eastern European markets, estimating a record consolidated turnover.
