UTI secures Titu Technological Center belonging to Renault

On July 2010 UTI Systems won the bid for the installation of an integrated security system with Titu Technological Center, built by Renault Romania. Our security solution will be implemented starting with August 2010 and it comprises the following modules: access control, intrusion and perimeter detection, and video surveillance based on different types of cameras, including thermal ones. The access control and the intrusion detection subsystems are using the KGuard platform, developed entirely by the UTI specialists.

The systems integrated management application – sMs – assures data integration within a Renault-Dacia national security center.

Titu Technological Center was designed to test Renault vehicles and mechanical parts. Within the center these components will be exposed to extreme functioning conditions, such as frost, sun and rain.

On its 33rd anniversary of continuous activity, UTI changes its name and becomes TIU Group of companies.

On October 5, 2023, the TIU Group celebrates 33 years of continuous activity in the Romanian and South-Eastern European markets, estimating a record consolidated turnover.
