UTI will implement an urban video surveillance system in Deva

In December 2012, the Traffic Management business line of UTI was awarded, through a public auction, a contract for the implementation of a complex video surveillance project in Deva. The contract was signed on January 4, 2013.

The project consists of the implementation of 63 IP video cameras installed on the most important streets and close to important sites (schools, the areas where criminality is high), as well as of the fiber optic communications network.

The final purpose of the system is to increase the quality of life of the citizens in Deva.
