A PKI-based solution implemented by certSIGN for ANCOM

certSIGN, a UTI company, completed at the end of December a complex project that consisted in the design and implementation of a PKI-based interoperability system and recognition of electronic signatures for the Romanian National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM).

certSIGN provided a central solution that established trust relations with other PKI-based architectures. The solution is based on a Bridge Certification Authority that performs a cross certification with external PKI infrastructures.

The project was awarded through an open public offering procedure and was implemented over two months, from November 1 to December 27, 2012.

The quality of the solutions, as well as the promptness and professionalism of the team were highly appreciated by ANCOM.
