eMAG chose the certSIGN solutions to optimize the document flow
eMAG, the largest online retailer on the national market, simplifies the document flow using digital signature solutions provided by certSIGN – the largest provider of digital certificates in Romania.
The purpose of the partnership is to save the time necessary to conclude contracts among eMAG and the retailers that use the eMAG Marketplace platform to sell their products.
To easily and efficiently conclude contracts with their partners, eMAG will use electronic contracts instead of the printed ones, and will electronically sign them using a solution provided by certSIGN. Once electronically signed, the contracts are legally the equivalent of the printed, holographically signed and stamped contracts.
One of the main advantages of the electronic contracts is that they can be emailed, without courier costs, in just a few moments, instead of hours or days necessary for a printed contract.
By using the electronic contracts, both eMag and its partners will save money, time and will relieve its staff from the effort of managing printed contracts. They could also relocate their staff to care more about improving their relationships with the clients or their daily activities.
