Charitable activity of the UTI Foundation for the needy families of the St. Silvestru parish

At the beginning of the year, UTI Foundation, with the support of UTI’s employees, organized a new charitable activity, focused on a few needy families of the St. Silvestru, parish. The foundation’s team has bought things that the children need at school: thick clothes, sports gears, boots, bags, school supplies, books, and toys.

A special case that we care about very much is the case of a little girl diagnosed with congenital myopathies, raised only by her father and lacking the appropriate financial means. For this family, the Foundation has donated a fridge and food. Ever since the little girl was two, UTI has supported the family with medicines, food supplies and support to the appropriate treatment, and her state has definitely improved.

On its 33rd anniversary of continuous activity, UTI changes its name and becomes TIU Group of companies.

On October 5, 2023, the TIU Group celebrates 33 years of continuous activity in the Romanian and South-Eastern European markets, estimating a record consolidated turnover.
