Craiova is the main commercial city west of Bucharest and experienced a strong economic growth over the past years which led to traffic congestion.
Solution
To meets the mobility and comfort need of its inhabitants, the decision was made to implement a complex traffic management system, our second most important traffic management project in Romania, following the one in Bucharest.

Within the Control center, a software application manages the traffic strategies according to the real traffic values and provides video images and event reports from the entire system.
